Nothing like a broccoli casserole to bring those cooked onions into your regimen! Remember what I said before: Cooked onions does wonders for sleepwalking!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Saute 1 onion until golden.
In a 2 quart casserole dish, mix together onion, broccoli (2 bags of thawed and chopped frozen broccoli), soup (1 can of condensed cream mushroom soup), cheese (1 cup, shredded), 1 cup of mayonnaise, eggs (2, beaten), ½ teaspoon of garlic salt, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, ½ teaspoon of seasoned salt, and lemon juice (1 ½ teaspoons). Sprinkle 12 crushed crackers over top and dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until heated through and browned on top.
